These terms apply to your use of the Port Picture Co website. Photography, film and drone bookings are covered by the separate proposal and agreement you sign for each job.

All photos, video, text and design on this site belong to Port Picture Co or the people we work with. Please don't copy, download, edit or reuse them without our written permission.
Prices and information
We keep packages, prices and availability as accurate as we can, but they can change. Your final price and inclusions are the ones in the proposal you accept.
Enquiries
Sending an enquiry doesn't create a booking. A booking is only confirmed once you accept a proposal, sign the agreement and pay any deposit due.
Links to other sites
We may link to other websites, such as venues or social media. We aren't responsible for their content or how they handle your information.
Liability
We provide this website as is. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for any loss from using it. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
