Port Picture Co respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why we collect it and how we look after it, in line with the Australian Privacy Principles under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
What we collect
- Details you give us through enquiry and booking forms, such as your name, email, phone, event date and message.
- Information needed to deliver a booking, such as venue, schedule, contracts, invoices and payment records.
- Photos and video we create for you, which may include you, your family, guests or staff.
- Basic technical information such as browser type and pages visited, used to keep the site working and improve it.
How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry, prepare quotes and manage your booking.
- To send proposals, contracts, invoices, galleries and booking reminders.
- To improve our website and services.
Photos used in our portfolio
We may show selected images in our portfolio, website or social media where your booking agreement allows it. If you would rather we didn't, just let us know and we'll respect that.
Who we share it with
We don't sell your information. We only share it with trusted services that help us run the business, such as website hosting, secure data storage, email, messaging, online galleries and payment processing. Some of these providers may store data outside Australia. We also share information where the law requires it.
Keeping it safe
We take reasonable steps to protect your information from misuse, loss and unauthorised access, and we only keep it for as long as we need it.
